2 Yurts - Moonlight & Stardust

Each sleeping 4 comfortably. Equipped with; - 1 double futon, 2 single futons, a woodburner, comfortable cushions and colourful rugs. Bedding and linen are provided as well as all manor of cooking and culinary implements.

Relax & Unwind!

Located in a perfect spot to relax and unwind. To the front of each yurt there are fantastic panoramic views over the farm to the nearby coastal footpath –a short 3-4 minute stroll away. Whilst to the back of the yurts, there is a wooded dell where red squirrels can sometimes be seen. For more details about Red Squirrels on the Island please go to www.wightsquirrels.co.uk. The Island is one of the few places in England where red squirrels can still be found. Inside the yurts, look up through the roof to star gaze – (negligible light pollution and no sounds from traffic or cars make it easy to unwind here). Moonlight and Stardust each have their own cooking area with a gas cooker. There is also a barbeque area and each yurt has outside table & chairs. Set in a 2 acre paddock with easy access to the coastal footpath and secluded coves. Just follow the fishing buoys!

Home Comforts!

Nearby there is a separate old stone farm building housing 2 shower-rooms –one for each yurt. There is also a small wooden kitchen cabin for anyone who still enjoys the modern facilities of a fridge, microwave and other kitchen comforts! This kitchen is for the use of visitors staying in both yurts. Yurters also have the use of the games room and play area with table tennis, badminton, swing ball, boules and also a selection of games in the ‘large games box’.

Our prices reflect the peaceful location & creature comforts that are all inclusive in our yurts. If you are looking for a place to have a noisy party with loud music, Bank End Farm is I’m afraid not for you!
